AftrDark may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to users or the Service. We may take action with or without notice.
You may stop using AftrDark at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
AftrDark is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy, or reliability of the Service or user-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AftrDark and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AftrDark from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” will be updated accordingly. Continued use of AftrDark after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
