Child Safety & CSAE Policy

AftrDark is committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We maintain zero tolerance for any content or behavior that sexualizes minors, exploits minors, or facilitates child harm in any way.

1) Prohibited Content & Behavior

AftrDark strictly prohibits:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form (audio, text, images, links, or instructions).
• Sexual content involving minors, including jokes, fantasies, roleplay, or sexualized descriptions of anyone under 18.
• Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors, including attempts to obtain sexual content or meet a minor for sexual purposes.
• Trafficking or facilitation of child exploitation, including directing users to external platforms or contacts.
• Any content that encourages harm to a child or normalizes sexual violence toward minors.

2) Enforcement

We take immediate action when CSAE is detected or reported, including:

• Removing violating content.
• Suspending or permanently banning accounts.
• Preserving relevant information as required for safety and legal compliance.
• Reporting to appropriate authorities when mandated or necessary to protect children.

3) Reporting CSAE

If you see content or behavior that may involve child exploitation, report it immediately.

4) Moderation & Detection

AftrDark uses a combination of safety tooling and human review to enforce these standards. We prioritize rapid handling of reports related to minors and exploitation. Where appropriate and lawful, we may use automated signals to detect and prevent prohibited content and behavior.

5) Cooperation With Authorities

AftrDark cooperates with law enforcement and child safety organizations. We may disclose information when required by law, in response to valid legal process, or when necessary to prevent harm to a child.

6) Age Expectations

AftrDark is intended for mature audiences. Users must follow our rules and local laws regarding age and safety. We do not allow content that sexualizes or targets minors under any circumstances.
